Personal Training Associates can provide one-on-one personal fitness training in Northern Virginia, and the Washington, DC metropolitan area, serving clients in the privacy of their own homes. Our trainers are certified and will develop a training program, which caters to your individual needs.

We can make a trainer available wherever and whenever it's most convenient for you. Generally this means coming to your home, but a trainer can also come to your workplace.

We work efficiently throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area, by employing trainers who live throughout the whole area. Our trainers live from Mount Vernon to Leesburg, and from Bowie to Rockville. Wherever you live in the DC area, we have a trainer nearby. To make it easy to get a sense of how it would be to work with us, the first session is always free of charge or any obligation. We'll come out, spend an hour with you, ask you a bunch of question about your health and fitness background, discuss your objectives, and then lay out an overall plan to get you where you want to go. Don't worry if you don't have equipment. We'll bring whatever is necessary to give you a good workout. We use adjustable dumbbells, stability balls, stretch cords, and other portable gear. Along with body-weight and manual resistance techniques, this allows us to get the job done without requiring that you make a major equipment purchase to get started.
